Joey Sutorius puts the “JO” in Team MOJO and is an integral part of the equation for the team’s success! Joey’s whole life has been spent in and around houses, from his first jobs working construction to his time as a master brick mason, his lifelong experience in home building and construction provides a valuable perspective for buyers and sellers that is crucial for informed decision-making.

Fate would have it that he fell off a roof and injured himself, causing him to switch gears and enter real estate 10 years ago. His clients would all agree that this unfortunate injury landed him exactly where he is meant to be. He’s never met a zoning official whose door he won’t knock on, and there is no stone left unturned in the due diligence process that he won’t handle.

Joey’s multitude of connections with subcontractors and trades will help your projects go smoothly and easily, whether it’s a ground-up build, remodel project, or simply getting a listing in top shape to sell.

In 2019 Joey received the President’s Award, an honor given to one member of Coldwell Banker for their outstanding service and dedication to the industry, and one that is absolutely deserved. Joey’s passion for what he does is unmatched and his clients can all feel his dedication to them and their success.

Joey is a military combat veteran who has been known to hog the karaoke microphone from time to time. He and his wife Holly love renovating homes together and he enjoys golf and spending time with his two daughters Lily and Isabel.
